LTD Sterling Engine Design

I recently finished a model for a low temperature differential stirling engine. Stirling engines are very interesting, in that they are “closed-cycle”. The engine is externally heated, causing volumetric changes to the working “fluid” (inert gas) and thus provide force to move the piston.

I’m hopeful that one day I’ll be able to 3D print these patterns and cast them.
